This is the first post on this blog, which is a slightly awkward thing to publish. I'm still deciding on m18t vs M18T. M18T feels stronger but caused a lot of M!*T, while m18t feels more casual and goes well with m18t.com. Too early to judge.

To get it out of the way, m18t stands for minimum viable product, a Numeronym, but we're not here to debate linguistics, or are we? I bet there's a better one-liner out there!

Building m18t until it can dogfood itself turns out to be the fastest product feedback loop we have ever had, and easily the hardest. You cannot ship a half-finished scheduler, then go and schedule your own week with it. You find out the same afternoon. It's probably too early to ask, but this is where we need your feedback the most.

What "almost v1" means

Not v1 as in finished.
