A grey dot next to a platform means it can&#39;t publish yet.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Attach your media on the \u003Cstrong>Media\u003C\u002Fstrong> tab if the post needs an image (Instagram does — see below).\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>In the \u003Cstrong>Social Media Publishing\u003C\u002Fstrong> section, each selected channel has its own card. Click \u003Cstrong>Publish\u003C\u002Fstrong> on a channel to send it. Each channel publishes and reports independently.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>To send everything you&#39;ve selected at once, use \u003Cstrong>Publish all pending\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Fol>\n\u003Cp>After publishing, a channel card shows its status and engagement counts (likes, comments, and — for Facebook — shares). Use \u003Cstrong>Sync Metrics\u003C\u002Fstrong> to refresh those counts.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>Common variations\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Retrying a failed channel.\u003C\u002Fstrong> If a channel errors, its button becomes \u003Cstrong>Retry\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Fix the cause (often a token issue) and retry that channel.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Updating or re-publishing.\u003C\u002Fstrong> Once a channel is published, its button becomes \u003Cstrong>Update\u003C\u002Fstrong> (where the platform supports editing the post) or \u003Cstrong>Re-publish\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Re-publishing posts again, so you&#39;ll be asked to confirm.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Checking what happened.\u003C\u002Fstrong> The Publishing tab has a \u003Cstrong>Recent Activity\u003C\u002Fstrong> log of pushes, and \u003Cstrong>View All Logs\u003C\u002Fstrong> opens the full log.
