How does pricing-on-brands actually work?

Working hypothesis: a base price per account + a per-brand cost beyond the included allowance. A solo with three side projects pays a small amount; an agency with thirty pays more. The product is identical at any scale.

Why not price on seats?

Seat-based pricing punishes agencies adding contractors and solo founders onboarding freelancers. Brands scale with the value m18t provides — more brands = more workspace value. Seats don't map to the value the same way.

Why not price on AI generations?

Because we don't want the incentive to push you toward more generation. Token-resale pricing means we make more when you generate more, regardless of whether the generation served you. BYOK removes that conflict entirely.

What about an annual discount?

Can I get a refund if I sign up and don't like it?

During beta there's nothing to refund (it's free). When paid pricing arrives, the refund policy will live at /trust/refunds.

m18t is a workspace. Some things have runtime cost that you pay providers directly. These are not — and never will be — bundled into m18t pricing:

AI provider costs — OpenAI / Gemini / Anthropic — typical text generation is fractions of a cent per call; image generation is a few cents per image. You see the costs in your provider's dashboard.
Meta Graph API — Free for the API itself. You bring a Meta developer account and your page tokens.
Your CMS hosting — Strapi cloud or self-hosted Strapi (or future supported vendors). m18t pushes to it; hosting is yours.
Storage — During beta, storage is managed by m18t. Self-hosted deployment isn't the supported shape today; this gap is roadmap.
