Welcome to m18t (accessible at m18t.com and its subdomains). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the m18t platform, including all services, features, content, APIs, and applications we offer.
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the m18t web application at m18t.com, including its Studio app, marketing site, related sub-domains (such as the API and MCP endpoints), and all associated interfaces.
- "Services" refers to all features provided through the Platform, including but not limited to the multi-brand workspace, Product Development (PD) workspace, whiteboards, the unified content workspace, Canvas AI image generation, the managed prompt library, multi-channel publishing, the news pipeline, the email repository, the event registry, the asset library, automations, the encrypted secret vault, and API/MCP access.
- "User" or "you" refers to any individual who creates an account on the Platform.
- "Account" refers to your single login identity on the Platform.
- "Brand" refers to a workspace you create to organize a product, project, or client. One account may contain multiple Brands; every operational entity is scoped to a Brand.
- "Content" refers to any data you upload, create, or generate through the Services — content pieces, assets, product-development specs, artifacts, whiteboards, events, email drafts, prompts, AI inputs and outputs, and similar materials.
- "AI Services" refers to the AI-powered features of the Platform (content generation, SEO assistance, Canvas image generation, news drafting), all of which run on an API key you supply.
- "BYOK" (Bring Your Own Key) refers to the model by which you connect your own third-party credentials (AI providers, Meta, your CMS, storage, analytics) and m18t routes calls on your behalf without reselling access.
- "Connected Services" refers to the third-party services you connect via BYOK.
- "Subscription Plan" refers to the tier of service you hold. During beta, the Platform is free.
- "Beta" refers to the current early-access phase of the Platform.
2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the Services.
2.2. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2.3. You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1. To access the Services, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, session tokens, and any API/MCP access tokens (PATs) you issue.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
3.4. Email verification is required to complete registration. You must verify your email by clicking the confirmation link we send.
3.5. You must immediately notify us at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
3.6. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.
4. Description of Services
m18t is an operations workspace for building and running brands. The Services include, but are not limited to:
4.1. Multi-Brand Workspace
Every entity — content, assets, integrations, channels, PD specs, prompts, news sources, cron jobs, whiteboards — is scoped to a Brand. A single switcher filters the entire workspace to the selected Brand.
4.2. Product Development (PD) Workspace
A relational workspace for documenting what you are building: solutions, features, models, attributes, controllers, policies, roles, lifecycles, views, layouts, components, and events, with status rollups and a graph view.
4.3. Content, Publishing & News
- Unified content workspace: blog posts, news posts, web pages, help articles, social posts, video posts, and user-defined types, with a rich-text editor, SEO records, and locale groups.
- Multi-channel publishing: publish a content piece to Facebook and Instagram natively, and push to your own headless CMS (Strapi supported today), using your connected credentials.
- News pipeline: scout the RSS sources you configure, extract article bodies, evaluate relevance, and draft content with AI.
4.4. AI-Powered Services (BYOK)
- Canvas: chat-style, brand-aware AI image generation.
- Managed prompt library: first-class, slug-callable prompts you edit in the UI.
- Inline AI: content and SEO assistance in the editor.
- AI Services are powered by third-party Large Language Model and image providers using an API key you supply. The specific provider is your choice, and m18t may change which providers it can route to over time.
4.5. Supporting Surfaces
The email repository (spec and approval workspace for the emails your product sends — not a bulk email sender), the analytics event registry, the asset library, tags, channels, automations/cron, and the encrypted secret vault.
5. Beta, Fees, and BYOK Costs
5.1. Free During Beta
The Platform is currently in beta and is free to use. There are no subscription fees payable to m18t during this period.
5.2. Your Own Provider Costs
Under BYOK, any charges from the services you connect — your AI providers, Meta, your CMS host, your storage, your analytics — are billed by those providers directly to you. m18t does not resell, mark up, or intermediate those charges, and is not responsible for them.
5.3. Future Paid Plans
When m18t exits beta and introduces paid plans, we will update these Terms and publish pricing with advance notice. Any price will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after notification, and you may cancel before it applies. Refund terms are described on our Refund Policy page. No payment card data is stored on our servers.
6. Beta and Early Access Disclaimer
6.1. The Platform is in an early-access / beta phase. Features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice.
6.2. Certain features described in documentation may not yet be fully implemented, and some capabilities are limited during beta.
6.3. The Platform is currently designed for single-operator use with multi-brand awareness; multi-user team features are in progress and not fully available.

7. AI Services — Specific Terms
7.1. No Warranty on Output. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, or omissions. m18t does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
7.2. Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before you publish or rely on it, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience.
7.3. BYOK and Provider Terms. Your AI inputs are transmitted to the provider whose key you connected, under your account. That provider's terms — including any data-retention or training terms — govern that data. See our Privacy Policy.
7.4. No Training on Your Data. m18t does not use your Content, assets, or AI inputs and outputs to train any machine-learning model.
8. Connected Services and Publishing
8.1. Your Credentials, Your Authorization. When you connect a third-party service, you authorize m18t to act on your behalf using your credentials to perform the actions you request (e.g. publishing a post, pushing to your CMS, reading engagement metrics).
8.2. Platform Compliance. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every service you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms and your CMS provider's terms. Misuse of a connected platform's API is your responsibility.
8.3. News and Source Rights. The news pipeline fetches and reprocesses content from sources you configure. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to fetch, store, adapt, and republish that material, and for complying with the copyright and licensing terms of each source.
9. Multi-Tenant and Brand Terms
9.1. Tenant Isolation. Each account operates as an isolated tenant. Your operational data lives in its own database and its own storage bucket and is inaccessible to other accounts.
9.2. Brand Scoping. Within your account, Content is organized by Brand. You are responsible for the Brands you create and the Content within them.
10. Data Ownership and Portability
10.1. Your Data Belongs to You. All Content you upload, create, or generate through the Services remains your property.
10.2. License to Operate. You grant m18t a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit your Content solely to provide the Services (including routing it to the Connected Services you configure).
10.3. No Data Selling. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your data to any third party for any purpose.
10.4. Data Export. You may export your workspace data at any time.
10.5. Service Discontinuation. If m18t ever discontinues the Services, we will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice and ensure export capability.
11. Acceptable Use
11.1. You are solely responsible for all Content that you upload or create.
11.2. You must not use the Services to upload or publish Content that violates any applicable law, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, contains malware, or is fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
11.3. You must not use the Services to send spam, to publish content you lack the rights to, to abuse a Connected Service's API, or to attempt to breach the Platform's security or tenant isolation.
11.4. Storage and usage are subject to the quotas in effect during beta.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. Platform IP. The m18t Platform is owned by m18t and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2. Your Content. You retain all ownership rights to your Content as described in Section 10.
12.3. Open Source. The Platform incorporates open-source software components subject to their respective licenses.
12.4. Feedback. You grant m18t a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any Feedback you provide.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, m18t SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.
13.2. BECAUSE THE PLATFORM IS FREE DURING BETA, m18t'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID m18t IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH IS ZERO DURING BETA) OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
13.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless m18t from any claims arising out of your use of the Services, your Content, your use of Connected Services, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Disclaimers
15.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
15.2. m18t does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
16. Availability and Service Levels
16.1. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or SLA during beta.
16.2. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or force majeure events.
17. Termination
17.1. Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your data is retained for at least 30 days for re-activation and export, after which your tenant database and storage bucket are scheduled for permanent deletion.
17.2. Termination by m18t
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or after an extended period of inactivity (with prior notice).
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
18.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
18.2. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman, Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own jurisdiction.
19. General Provisions
19.1. Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
19.2. Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
19.3. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
19.4. Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.
20. Modifications to These Terms
Material changes will take effect no earlier than thirty (30) days after notification via email and/or in-platform notice.
