Refunds
Last updated: 2026-05-20
During beta
m18t is currently in beta and is free to use. There is no fee paid to m18t for the platform during this period; therefore there is nothing to refund. Any third-party costs you incur from AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic), social platforms (Meta), CMS hosting (Strapi or others), or storage providers are paid by you directly to those providers, and refund eligibility for those costs is governed by their respective policies.
When paid plans launch
When m18t exits beta and introduces paid plans, this page will be updated with the formal refund policy. The expected shape:
- 14-day money-back window for any annual subscription purchased fresh — full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked beyond a short feedback form.
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable mid-month; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Pro-rata refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window are not provided by default; we may consider them case-by-case for clear hardship situations.
- Third-party costs are never refundable by m18t. Your AI provider charges, Meta API costs, CMS hosting fees, storage fees, etc. are between you and those providers.
How to request a refund
When paid plans are live, refund requests will be handled via the contact form or by emailing kzamer88@gmail.com. During beta, there is no refund process because there is no payment.
Data after cancellation
If you cancel — refunded or not — your data is retained for at least 30 days to allow you to re-subscribe and resume. After that period, your tenant database and storage bucket are scheduled for deletion. Exports are available on request through the contact form for at least the 30-day retention window.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when paid plans launch and may be updated thereafter. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing subscribers and noted in the build-in-public blog at least 30 days before taking effect.
